About Me
Born and raised in Davao, Philippines and grew up in a family with 8 siblings. During his college years, he initially took up Bachelor of Science in Aircraft Technical Maintenance but during a wonderful twist of events in his life, when he became a Christian, he decided to switch to a course in Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education Major in Values Education and Theology. He was a working student during his college years and working to provide for his own education led him to Freelance Online jobs. He started out as an article writer and slowly learned the trade in online marketing. Currently, he is focused on his family, businesses, and ministry.

Family
He is happily married to Sharon and a loving father to his son Caleb. He is a man who is deeply passionate about family. As a couple, they are into mentoring and discipling younger couples who are starting their own families. Joseph is also an advocate of Intentional Parenting. They decided to homeschool their son to be more involved in his formative years. He also mentors parents through Parenting Talks in a school that is owned by his wife’s family, Shalom Academy of Davao.

Faith
Joseph is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and a Bible-believing Christian. He came to know the Lord in Christ Fellowship Church during his college years. He became one of the youth leaders and worship leaders in that church. Later in his ministry life, he became one of the elders in a church started by his father-in-law named Community of Believers. Currently, he is the lead elder of the same church both in Davao City and a satellite ministry in General Santos City. He is also the acting School President of a ministry school, Shalom Academy of Davao who serves to provide quality Christian Education for fatherless children. His company is one of the long-time sponsors of this Father’s Love Fund scholarship.

Business
Joseph’s road to success all began when working as a freelance article writer to support his college education. During this period, he saw the huge business opportunity of online marketing. He then decided to put up a small team of marketers and gathered a few old friends to be part of his team. After going through many ups and downs, Joseph and his small team grew. Eventually he decided put up his own company.
By 2011, he established Telic Digital, a locally owned digital marketing company with the aim to build purposeful relationships to local and foreign businesses using digital marketing. Two years later, he also helped establish Godward Philippines, a company that aims to sell revolutionary Filipino-formulated products.
Over the years, Joseph Su has led and successfully changed the lives of many people because of his astute business acumen and strong leadership. With his companies, he has grown many businesses and helped them achieve their goals.
